The Healthy Mum

Package of 10, 20 or 30 Pre or Post Natal Sessions

  • 1 Consultation / Physical Assessment / Goal Setting session​

  • 1 or 2 Personal Training sessions per week

  • Pregnant women who want to remain healthy and active during their pregnancy

  • Mums to be who want to exercise safely in respect of their changing body and growing baby

  • Women who want to stay fit, prepare their body for birth and speed up recovery post birth

  • Pregnant ladies who want the advice and knowledge of a pre/post natal expert 

  • Women who are not comfortable going to the gym and are happy to have home based session

10 sessions Pack: 10,000 HK$
20 sessions Pack: 20,000 HK$
* an extra 100$ per session will be added for sessions in Kowloon and the South of Hong Kong island

The Fitness Sessions Packages

Pack of 10, 20 or 30 sessions

  • 1 initial Consultation/ Physical Assessment/ Goal Setting session​

  • Enjoy a session as you see fit around your schedule (once or twice a week, once every other week, skip one or two when you go on holidays...)

  • Women who want to remain active and need a weekly fitness meeting in their diary to stick to it

  • Women who want to stay fit and/or lose weight, feel strong, get toned (no you won't look like Hulk)

  • Women who are not comfortable going to the gym and are happy to have home or park based sessions

  • Women who want the flexibility to schedule their session at a convenient time

  • Women who already have a gym membership and just want help to understand how to create a workout that will work for them

  • Women who get energised exercising as part of a group

  • Fun way to start a hen's party or baby shower

  • New mums who want to ease in back into exercising together

Price: 1,500 HK$/session for the group
